Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tacilent, Inc. ("Tacilent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through tacilent.ai and the public website features that link to this Policy. Tacilent is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
This Policy applies to the public Tacilent website, including requests for a Decision Brief and related scheduling. Customer access to Tacilent products and services may be governed by separate agreements and privacy terms.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated when you use the website, and information received from service providers that support the website.
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, work email address, telephone number, organization, job title, and decision focus.
- Decision Brief information, such as the organization, asset, event, vendor, deal, or website that you ask Tacilent to evaluate.
- Scheduling and correspondence information when you request a meeting, contact us, or communicate with a Tacilent representative.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, interaction events, performance data, and access times.
Please do not submit confidential, classified, regulated, export-controlled, or sensitive personal information through the public Decision Brief form. If Tacilent needs that information for an engagement, it should be provided only through an authorized channel covered by the applicable client agreement.
Decision Brief and Booking Data
When you request a Decision Brief, the website sends the submitted information to Tacilent's customer relationship management provider so our team can respond. The same information may be held temporarily in your browser's session storage to prefill the related scheduling experience. Session storage is normally cleared when the browser session ends.
If you proceed to scheduling, the scheduling provider may collect additional appointment details under its own privacy terms. Tacilent uses the submitted information to prepare for the requested conversation, respond to you, and administer the potential business relationship.
Analytics, Cookies, and Similar Technologies
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic, page usage, reliability, and real-world performance. Tacilent may also enable Google Analytics or a similar measurement provider. These services may process technical and usage information according to their own terms and configurations.
When you select a decision focus, Tacilent uses a first-party preference cookie named tacilent_role to remember the selection for 30 days. The preference helps order relevant content and prefill your selection when you request a Decision Brief. It is not used for cross-site advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the preference cookie may prevent the website from remembering your selected decision focus. Browser controls may not affect technologies that are not cookies, such as session storage.

- Respond to inquiries and Decision Brief requests, schedule meetings, and communicate about potential or existing business relationships.

Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Tacilent processes personal information as necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the website and developing business relationships, to comply with legal obligations, and with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, meeting legal and contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting the website. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. Information stored only in browser session storage generally expires when the browser session ends.

Tacilent uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you provide information through the public website at your own risk.
